PutType Terms of Service

Effective as of February 1, 2026

1.1 These Terms govern access to and use of the PutType service.

1.2 These Terms describe:

2.1 SaaS Model. The service operates under a Software as a Service model, allowing multiple users simultaneously.

2.2 One Bot per account. One Bot will be made available per account. Users may maintain multiple accounts using different email addresses.

2.3 Updates. PutType may add, modify, or remove features at any time to continuously improve the service.

3.1 Legal compliance. The user must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

4.1 The user is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

4.2 Strong passwords with letters, numbers, and special characters are recommended.

5.1 User Content. The user retains ownership of their content.

5.2 PutType Content. All intellectual property rights related to the service belong to PutType.

5.3 Third-Party Content. The service may contain content belonging to third parties.

6.1 The license granted is:

7.1 Limited warranty. The service is provided with reasonable skill and care.

7.2 Limitations. PutType shall not be liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

7.3 Exclusions. No limitation applies in cases of fraud or intentional misconduct.

8.1 PutType may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms.

8.2 The user may terminate their account at any time.

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

9.2 The courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, are elected as the competent jurisdiction.

10.1 PutType may update these Terms periodically.

10.2 If the user does not agree with future changes, they must discontinue use of the service.
