Terms of Service

Effective as of February 1, 2026

1. Object and Scope ↑ Contents

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the PutType platform, including all features, integrations, and resources made available through the service.

1.2 By creating an account or using the service, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1.3 These Terms describe:

What you can expect from us as service providers;
What we expect from you as a user;
Rules regarding content, intellectual property, and data;
Procedures in the event of violation or termination.

2. Definitions ↑ Contents

For the purposes of these Terms:

Platform: the PutType service, including the web application, APIs, and associated infrastructure.
Subscriber: an individual or legal entity that creates an account and uses the service.
Bot: a digital assistant created and managed by the subscriber within the platform.
End User: a person who interacts with the subscriber's bot.
Knowledge Entries: questions and answers configured by the subscriber for the bot.
Workspace: the subscriber's work area within the platform.
Plan: the set of resources, limits, and commercial conditions subscribed to by the subscriber.

3. Service Provision ↑ Contents

3.1 SaaS Model. PutType operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, allowing access to the service via the internet without the need for local installation.

3.2 Bot as operational unit. The bot is the central unit of the service. The number of available bots, as well as associated resources and limits, vary according to the subscribed plan.

3.3 Updates. PutType may add, modify, or remove features at any time for continuous service improvement, without prior notice for free features.

3.4 Maintenance. The service may be temporarily interrupted for scheduled or emergency maintenance. Whenever possible, we will communicate in advance.

4. Plans and Payment ↑ Contents

4.1 Free plan. PutType offers a functional free plan with limited resources, without requiring credit card registration.

4.2 Paid plans. Paid plans offer additional resources as described on the plans page. Prices, resources, and limits may be changed with 30 (thirty) days prior notice.

4.3 Billing. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis, processed through a third-party payment platform. PutType does not store credit card data. For the Custom plan, differentiated commercial conditions (including annual billing) may be negotiated individually.

4.4 Cancellation. The subscriber may cancel their paid plan at any time. Access to plan resources remains active until the end of the already-paid period. There is no proportional refund for unused periods.

4.5 Plan change. To switch between plans (upgrade or downgrade), the subscriber must first cancel the current plan. The new plan can only be subscribed after the expiration of the already-paid period of the previous plan. Resources and data that exceed the limits of the new plan may become inaccessible after the migration.

5. User Obligations ↑ Contents

5.1 Legal compliance. The subscriber shall comply with applicable legislation, including the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and these Terms throughout the use of the service.

5.2 Conduct. The subscriber is prohibited from:

Engaging in fraud, phishing, or identity misrepresentation;
Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content through the bots;
Violating third-party intellectual property rights;
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code;
Using the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights;
Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties;
Using the bots to collect personal data without an adequate legal basis.

5.3 Responsibility for content. The subscriber is fully responsible for the content configured in their bots, including knowledge entries, flows, and messages sent to end users.

5.4 Responsibility as data controller. When the subscriber's bot collects personal data from end users, the subscriber assumes the role of data controller under the LGPD, being responsible for ensuring an adequate legal basis and informing their end users about the data processing performed.

6. Account and Security ↑ Contents

6.1 The subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

6.2 The use of strong passwords containing letters, numbers, and special characters is recommended.

6.3 In the event of suspected unauthorized access, the subscriber must notify PutType immediately through the support channels.

6.4 PutType shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from the subscriber's failure to comply with this clause.

7. Content and Intellectual Property ↑ Contents

7.1 Subscriber's content. The subscriber retains full ownership of all content created on the platform (knowledge entries, flows, configurations). PutType does not claim ownership over the subscriber's content.

7.2 Operational license. By uploading content to the platform, the subscriber grants PutType a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7.3 PutType's property. All intellectual property rights over the platform, including software, design, brand, documentation, and algorithms, belong exclusively to PutType.

7.4 Third-party content. The service may contain content belonging to third parties (libraries, fonts, icons). These components remain under their respective licenses.

8. License of Use ↑ Contents

8.1 PutType grants the subscriber a license of use that is:

Worldwide;
Non-exclusive;
Royalty-free;
Personal and non-transferable;
Limited to the resources of the subscribed plan;
Revocable in the event of violation of these Terms.

8.2 This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or redistribute the service.

9. Third-Party Integrations ↑ Contents

9.1 The platform allows integration with third-party services according to the subscribed plan. The availability of integrations may vary and be expanded over time.

9.2 PutType is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or privacy policies of integrated services.

9.3 The subscriber is responsible for properly configuring integrations and for ensuring compliance with the terms of use of third-party services.

9.4 Data transmitted to third-party services through integrations configured by the subscriber are subject to those third parties' policies.

10. Availability and Support ↑ Contents

10.1 Availability. PutType strives to keep the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10.2 Support. Support is provided through the platform's official channels. Response time may vary according to the subscribed plan.

10.3 Force majeure. PutType shall not be liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, third-party failures, cyber attacks, or governmental decisions.

11. Liability and Warranties ↑ Contents

11.1 Limited warranty. The service is provided "as is," with a reasonable level of skill and care. PutType does not guarantee that the service will meet all specific requirements of the subscriber.

11.2 Limitation of liability. PutType shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect damages, data loss resulting from subscriber actions, or losses caused by improper use of the service.

11.3 Monetary limit. In any event, PutType's total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the subscriber in the last 12 (twelve) months.

11.4 Exclusions. The above limitations do not apply in cases of fraud, intentional misconduct, or violation of fundamental rights.

12. Suspension and Termination ↑ Contents

12.1 Suspension by PutType. PutType may suspend access to the account in the event of:

Violation of these Terms;
Suspicious or fraudulent activity;
Use that jeopardizes the stability of the service;
Judicial or administrative order.

12.2 Termination by the subscriber. The subscriber may terminate their account at any time. After termination, data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.3 Termination by PutType. PutType may permanently terminate accounts in the event of serious or repeated violations, upon notification to the subscriber.

12.4 Effects of termination. After termination, the subscriber will lose access to data and platform features. Data may be retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations (Art. 16 of the LGPD).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction ↑ Contents

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

13.2 The Courts of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, are hereby elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

14. General Provisions ↑ Contents

14.1 PutType may update these Terms periodically. Substantial changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 (thirty) days advance notice by email or notification on the platform.

14.2 Continued use of the service after the communication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14.3 If the subscriber does not agree with future changes, they must discontinue use of the service and terminate their account.

14.4 Any tolerance by PutType regarding non-compliance with any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver or novation.

14.5 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
